USAF as Medical Doctor from 1963-1965 with the rank of
Captain. Created & established Joy Junction in 1990, a
Christian Church for Children ages 4-18 yrs. Karl continues
his constant involvement in children's activities in our

Accounting and management. Della uses her God given talents
in contributing the business aspects of Payee Assistance and
is the motivating force behind all we do, along with being
wife, mother and grandmother. |
ANN GARDNER

Ann is a local
State Farm agent in Sheridan WY. In her position she assists
people in achieving their dreams and managing their goals.
Her background includes economic development, numerous board
positions and working with the American Brain Injury Board.

Vincent Schutte
Board Member
Vincent is a Sheridan native and is an attorney with
Kinnaird Law Office. His background includes serving in the
US Navy as an Intelligence Specialist. His education
includes undergraduate degrees in English Lit and History
from UW in 98, JD from UW Law School in 06. Vincent is
married to Kristin Kelly and they have one child, Rex.
His hobbies include hockey in the winter and golf in the
summer.

Kathy Wood
Board Member
Kathy specializes in marketing in the
Sheridan Community as a Realtor for ERA Carroll Realty, and
owns Virtual Marketing 24/7, providing web designs and
marketing services. Kathy's background includes over 25
years experience in technology. She stays busy raising 3
boys and volunteering her services in supporting several
non-proft organizations in the Sheridan area. |
